The rooms are wonderful, there is no doubt about the cleanliness both in the room and in the restaurant
There was no negative aspect of our holiday, if you don't want to bother with small things it is a wonderful holiday place.
The only negative aspect is the constant chatter of the bartenders at the bar about getting tips and this constant chat

Прекрасный отель, отдыхали второй раз, отличное обслуживание, вкусная еда, внимательный персонал, особенно нравится лечебный минеральный бассейн и конечно же чистое море и хороший пляж. Особенно хотим отметить работу менеджера Леман. С ее помощью решаются все проблемы, необычайно внимательная и дружелюбная. Большое за все спасибо!

Very unpleasant and dissatisfying experience! We stayed in sea view lux villa!!! My branded belt was stolen by the staff from our room while we were out. Hotel security came and checked our room and our luggage and couldn’t find it. They asked for proof and I showed them a photo that we took. At last, we received a “regret letter”. Additional, beds were bended from the middle. Water was leaking from the basin in the bathroom. Looked very old and uncared therefore the daily cleaning has no good. Food quality was very poor.
