All great reviews except the air went out while I was preparing for my son's wedding. 79 degrees in my gown and my husband's tux. Every night there were charges on my room, and I had to spend time at the front desk to clear them up. I had one car and they continued to charge me for 2.
Overall this hotel was magnificent! These things happen. I would definitely recommend it!

We had an outstanding four day trip to The Boca Raton in November 2025 with several family members across three rooms and two of the buildings (Tower and The Yacht Club). From the very moment we arrived the staff was extremely courteous, even walking us from place to place if we didn’t know where something was. Our room was flawless, with the most comfortable bed we’ve ever found in a hotel, and a spacious living room (we booked a tower club suite). Our club rooms gave us access to the 27th floor lounge which had an excellent breakfast with great views. The activities were also terrific. Several of my family members did various water activities including the banana boat (a highlight for them), FlowRider for the kids, and lots of time at the beautiful beach and pools. I personally am much more into tennis, and a big reason we went to the Boca was the highly recommended tennis facility. Lauren (director of the racquet club) was extremely friendly and helpful, and my son had a terrific lesson with Bobby who was a big reason we were so excited to come, as well as Sashi who was also great. We also enjoyed the group tennis clinics and our other lessons. Most of all, the food was terrific. We had amazing meals at Harbor House and Sadells, and even the grab and go options were great when we needed something quick. We hope to come back soon!

We stayed are Beach Club. Servers and rooms were spectacular. Hotel was not crowded.Food was amazing. This place is next level. We were there during the flood and the handled it superbly. No change in service. They were out early the next morning repairing and fixing . The pools are beautiful and the service on the beach was perfect. Can’t wait to go back. See you next year. I am somewhat shocked by some of the negative. You will not be disappointed. Our daughter went last year and she highly recommended the Boca Raton. We will be back.

Magnificent as usual. My parents have been member since 2004 and have been coming here since I have been eight years old. I had my two adult children and husband at the beach resort and it was absolutely fantastic. Thank you for always making it a wonderful place

I was here for a work conference when the hotel was deluged by an unexpected storm which dropped a 100 year flood worth of water overwhelming the property and flooding the lobby among other damage. It is in these serious scenarios when a hotel either collapses under the strain or the staff shine and work together. I have to say this staff was resilient. They worked tirelessly to recover the property, ensure guests were safe and somehow remained positive throughout. Out of respect for the hotel and their staff I will not share photos of the damage. Most of it was cleaned within a day or two. Amazing.
