I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Waterstone Boca Raton Hotel and I must say, it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and provided timely assistance throughout my stay.

Check in went ok. Wish there was more then one person working the front desk. Waited a few times to speak to the one person behind the desk. The Valet was also slow and we had to wait several times. Wish there was a free self park option. The hotel was very clean and we loved the location and views. The outside pool area and bar were very cool and clean. The one staff member that really stood out was George. He greeted us every morning, was very helpful and a super friendly guy. He seemed to really enjoy his job and love people. Overall we had a great stay and would stay again.

We came in as a last minute surprise for my husband’s 60th birthday. George greeted us at the check in counter with Anthony. We were treated like known repeat visitors! George took our bags up with us and gave us a detailed run down of where to eat drink & go even though we were only here for a short visit. He made sure we had everything we needed & wanted. He even filled the ice for us in our room. if only all our impulse travel experiences were like this we’d never stop roaming! Thanks George! it’s not good bye it’s until we meet again friend.

Where do I begin! Cockroaches in room first day, I got a room switch the blinds were broken, toilet was broken and hit against the wall, tv didn’t work, lady defecates herself next to my girlfriend valet wouldn’t give me my keys during a emergency I’m disgusted
