Average hotel, average service, barely average food, restaurant says breakfast at 6:30am but its not completely ready till 7am. Very nice beach.
Elevator near reception often broken, property needs a refurb as last one was in 2012 so looks quite tired now.
Regardless, I had a pleasent stay once I got used to its quirks.
Room had AC issues and don't expect any Internet (it's not advertised) except in lobby.
Regardless its close to airport and I had a pleasent to stay once I I got used to aforementioned issues.

Clean, great food, amazing service, a lot of entertainment options, plenty of pool areas… I loved the stool under the pool with a swim up bar. People were super pleasant. We were there for a honey moon and they made it very special, the welcoming to our room!!

Désolé mais la couleur de la piscine n'et pas la même que celle qu'on nous montre sur le net, celle ci est plutôt verte est on ne voit pas le fond et encore mois l'inscription qui s'y trouve. par contre le jardin est très bien entretenu et magnifique. La fosse au iguanes dégage une odeur nauséabonde et les russes qui passent leur journée dans l'eau à picoler et jeter leur verre dans la piscines devaient être éjecté, tout le monde laissent ses verres en plastiques trainés et ils finissent dans la piscine

Hôtel à éviter, trop vieux, nous avons passé 1 semaine ,sans eau chaude, loin de tout (2h30 de transfert de l'aéroport de punta cana. Pour les excursions sur bayahibe sont au minimum à 2h de bus.la langue française est très peu parlé, les boissons sont vraiment basics.

Excelente él Área VIP todos los Camareros Cocineros las chicas de recepción (Junior Perdomo, Andres Lara, Thalía Guerrero, Rebeca J. Sara, Severino, Gabriel, etc.) Es Evidente el excelente trabajo del Gerente General con las áreas y el personal. Muchas Gracias volveremos pronto de nuevo toda la familia. Me fascinó la comida del Restaurant Gourmet a la carta.
