凌晨四點入住時，前台兩名工作人員正在打遊戲，消極對待顧客。入住房間衞生一般，給的是靠窗的房間，早上很吵的同時窗簾不能遮陽，在房間依舊很亮無法很好入睡。往常入住時都是下午兩點或者三點退房，在該酒店入住從中午十二點就開始一個小時打一次電話（在十二點時就已經説了延時退房的前提下）詢問退房。辦理退房手續的時候收延時退房費用為4小時，並稱要以好評折抵一小時退房時間，本身入住體驗就很不好，還要被折抵退房時間，感覺到不被尊重。不會再入住該酒店。
