I stayed here when I was traveling by car. The price was quite reasonable and included breakfast. But the quilt had an indescribable smell.

We found this hotel on our way home from a summer vacation and were very pleasantly surprised. I usually stay at Fairfield Inn and Suites but this was much much nicer. Big rooms, recently renovated, good breakfast, helpful staff, hot tub, nice fitness center. Clean wide hallways. Quiet hours actually… quiet! Just overall a very pleasant stay.

Best Western Hotels & Resorts is this the standard? charged me $100 because my kid dropped cupcake icing on their carpet which was brown. Refused to allow us to exchange towels because we had people visiting us at our room. this is the room they gave us and refused to switch or refund us for. Literally argued with me saying “the tub isn’t dirty it’s just stained” and that they could give us a shower mat to put over it. Stained with what (dirt). The shower head didn’t even work properly and when you turn on the tub sediment comes out. The pool drains didn’t work so there was a lot of standing water outside of the pool. The front desk staff was rude and very unhelpful. Management was nice he did help while he was there but still refused to change the rooms.

The best of the Best Western hotels. Clean, quiet, and beautiful rooms. Great breakfast. 5 Star hotel! You come to this hotel as guests and leave as family. Every thing about this hotel is top notch. The breakfast is free and fantastic.

Our trip to Boardman Ohio
We went to Ohio to visit family - the Best Western Plus was okay. When we first walked in, the room had a smell to it. The beds looked like they were made in a rush; the covers were all wrinkled, and the bed skirt was all messed up. We thought there was maid service where the rooms were made up daily - that did not happen. There were only a couple of towels, and we had three people in the room. We did get free breakfast, which was nice, but it was only served from 6 AM to 9 AM - I think. The room was dusty, especially in the bathroom on the shelves.

Great experience, wish the pool was open a little bit later on the weekends. Very clean room with comfortable beds.
