"The hôtel was very nice. The accessible room was big and clean. The beds were comfortable. The only complaint I have is that there was no hand shower in the tub. It was missing! It would have been inconvenient to take a shower while sitting on the bench."

"The service was good and the hotel looks really good. Hotel amenities are great. I didn’t try the food but the eating area was very clean. The room was spacious but not handicapped as requested. No handicap rails around the toilet which made it very hard to use the bathroom. The room needs a good cleaning too. The walls have spots on them and sticker residue is on the headboard. (You can tell a child loved their heart shaped stickers 🙂)"

"I have a 15-year-old daughter and the past couple years we go to Cincinnati to do our school shopping. we take a BFF with us and I surprise them with a hotel room after we're done shopping! Although it was a little later in the evening when we made it to our hotel the girls still had some swim time before it closed at 10 pm. Days Inn Blue Ash had all the amenities required for our trip! 2 queen beds, indoor pool, and breakfast included for the 3 of us! It was clean and the breakfast hit the spot before we hit the road 😍"

"The room was nice and clean, comfortable bed. Breakfast wasn’t the greatest but just ok. We were on the first floor and we could hear every time anyone walked down the hall on the 2nd floor. Understaffed at check in. It took awhile."
