I have been charged twice from my one night stay. I told this hotel front desk, I booked my rooms from third party. If you don't want to waste your time on resolved problems. Thinks twice before you decide to book this hotel.

房間很寬敞很大，過來這邊忘記帶牙刷了，問前台前台也用光了 送了我一個旅行套牙刷，還不錯。酒店旁邊就是blowing Rock，去附近的幾個度假resort也很近。前台熱情 early checkin也做的非常到位

Booked this through Trip advisor and when we got there, there was a water main break and we couldn't stay. The guy at the front desk said he tried to get out contact info from the third party and got the run around and the third party didn't seem to care. Now I don't know how to get a refund and can't find my trip plans anywhere on Trip advisor. I parked at a gas station to finally find another room. I'll NEVER USE TRIP ADVISOR AGAIN.

My wife and I stayed here on April 24 2025. Will never stay again. There was a noise coming from the vent in the bathroom. Closed the bathroom door to muffle the noise. I even put cotton in my ears. When we checked out on the 25th I told the desk clerk about the noise. He called someone over [ I guess the manager] who offered a $15.00 discount. When I mentioned the noise , someone said "Room 350 ,right" . I confirmed that was the room. If they knew the room why were we not offered a better discount. As I said , We will not stay there again. I would not suggest this place to anyone.

Desk service
During my arrival after a long drive we were hoping to check in a little early. I understand that you have times set, but with over 300 rooms and 3 cars in the parking lot , you can use that old saying " YOUR ROOM IS NOT READY YET" . So we left with leaving our phone number with the Desk clerk and him promising he would give us a call as it became avaliable . Well it is now 5:30 pm and still no call. That not any way from your desk clerk to do people. He should of least be talking to and let him know that he is not doing his job I could see it if he was busy, but I saw that all he wanted to do was play in the internet. Bad way to treat your guest I'm sorry .

The air conditioner/heater is right next to bed and blowings air directly on the person sleeping in the bed. Very uncomfortable.
