I have been charged twice from my one night stay. I told this hotel front desk, I booked my rooms from third party. If you don't want to waste your time on resolved problems. Thinks twice before you decide to book this hotel.

房間很寬敞很大，過來這邊忘記帶牙刷了，問前台前台也用光了 送了我一個旅行套牙刷，還不錯。酒店旁邊就是blowing Rock，去附近的幾個度假resort也很近。前台熱情 early checkin也做的非常到位

Booked this through Trip advisor and when we got there, there was a water main break and we couldn't stay. The guy at the front desk said he tried to get out contact info from the third party and got the run around and the third party didn't seem to care. Now I don't know how to get a refund and can't find my trip plans anywhere on Trip advisor. I parked at a gas station to finally find another room. I'll NEVER USE TRIP ADVISOR AGAIN.

Not gonna lie is an affordable option to stay near Boone, Beech Mountain and Sugar mountain. But my experience was not to pleasant, my family and I stayed 4 nights; after the first one our rooms were not cleaned since they wait till your checkout and leave to clean. We complained about that and we asked for a room change, thing that they did, I couldn’t say “stay here” by my previous experience but you can take a look on Boone and there’s more hotel just 5 miles ahead from Blowing Rock!

Only issue we had was the air conditioner is at the.head of the bed and blows directly on you which is extremely uncomfortable for the person sleeping in the bed next to the air conditioner.

Was about to leave my house, chk in is at 3:00. Got a cancellation call bcse of a water issue. Needed to make a last minute reservation at La Quinta. Best thing that happened to us, La Quinta was less expensive, closer to the venue and had a no hassle chk in all with a direct interaction with the hotel. No middle man needed, Ill be doing that from now on.

The hotel did not honor the reservation as there was a water issue on the site. I am contacting my credit card company to contest the charges as ******* does not make it easy to get a refund.
