This recently updated 2 bed/2 bath condo is pet friendly, stocked with essentials and in an excellent location. You'll also be within minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Chetola and approx 15 minutes to App State/Boone.
The condo has 2 primary bedrooms with a split floor plan which is great for couples, small families, friends or a spacious solo retreat. A cozy living space with dining area and fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to stay in, but the location will entice you to venture out to explore.
Bring along your furry friends - we are pet friendly for up to 2 small dogs.
- Living area - 55" Roku TV, cozy seating and fast Wi-Fi — perfect for streaming after a day of exploring
- Kitchen - fully stocked with everything you need to cook your favorite meals. A dual Keurig (drip and k-cup option) will get you going in the morning - we provide some k-cups, creamers and sugars.
- Dining space - seats 4 comfortably and there are some games, cards and puzzles for game night

- King bed with hotel-quality linens, en-suite bath (tub/shower), 55" Roku TV, dresser, and clothing rack.
- Queen bed with hotel-quality linens, en-suite bath (tub/shower), desk/chair, and walk-in closet.
Pet-Friendly Details -
- We welcome up to 2 dogs, each under 35 lbs (enforced per HOA rules).
- There is a designated dog walk lawn in the community, just steps outside the door.
- A pet fee applies for added cleaning/maintenance (add a pet to your reservation and the pet fee will be added automatically).

- Free parking for up to 2 vehicles
- 2nd-floor unit (stairs only — no elevator).
- Air conditioning in main living space; bedrooms cooled with fans. The living space has an AC unit but the bedrooms do not. Most evenings cool down in the mountains so you can open the windows or circulate air from the living area with the floor fans.
- Blowing Rock quiet hours are 11 PM – 7 AM.
- Some noise from neighbors or courtyard is possible — the complex is a mix of vacation rentals and full-time residents.

The condo is just a short walk from Main Street and within minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Chetola, Tweetsie Railroad, Bass Lake, Moses Cone, Appalachian Ski Mountain. This condo was great and the host made the experience seamless. We loved the location, walking distance to downtown and easy parking. Access / check-in was easy too. The condo was clean and kitchen/baths were well appointed, perfect for a few people or two couples. Loved the gas fireplace, extra fans and the smart TVs!

The condo was very spacious and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool table. We did have trouble with the TVs and the mattress with the sofa bed was in bad condition.
