"If you come in at night it takes a long time to get through to the front desk. I was on hold for 12 min to then wait another 15 min for the shuttle. I should have just I ubered or cabbed it at that point. For timing purposes landed and started calling at 10:38. Got to the hotel at 11:30 When my daughter called 30 min after me he said we were not at that hotel she said my mom is there, checked in (room number …) and here is the name of the shuttle driver. They were like oh yeah. Weird. Especially at midnight. Thank goodness. I was up. The elevator has been out for a while so I had to carry my luggage up to the third floor. I’m 57 so it was fine but seriously what do they do for the older people?? I checked out at 8am. I cannot say how amenities were. It was cheap Convenient and the room was clean that’s all I cared about."

"First, we had never stayed at a Home2 Suites hotel before. WE are big Hilton folks but have not tried this type of setup before. But for sure we will be staying at them in the future. The setup is extremely nice. The rooms were spacious (we had 4 adults and a 5 year old) and we had plenty of room. The rooms were quiet and clean too. There was more storage areas and more amenities inside the room than most any hotel. Now to the Alcoa Airport we stayed in. Everything about it was first class. The employees (every one of them) met us with a smile and were warm and welcoming. The entire time we were there we saw employees doing their job and making sure any need was met. Very clean place. Breakfast was great. Just a fantastic hotel. WE for sure will be going back. If you are coming from or going to the Airport, you can't beat it. IF you are just in the area, stop. It is close to really everything."
