In early May the elevator had been broken most of the time since December. So if you can’t carry your luggage to the 2nd or 3rd floor it is important to ask if it’s still broken. Not terribly quiet since it’s right on the highway. But rooms are spacious and breakfast good.

This 3 story hotel has one elevator which was broken for the duration of our stay. Tired facilities.

The hotel itself was just okay, but the staff left a lot to be desired. They had poor attitudes and seemed uninformed about even the basics. I asked to speak with the manager Irene multiple times, but she was never available—I was told she leaves at 3 PM and doesn’t return until the next morning. Seriously? As for the rooms—absolutely disappointing. They were dirty, and for the amount I paid for a two-night stay, I expected much better. The cleanliness was nowhere near the standard you'd expect at this price point. I won’t be returning.

Poor quality for proce Overpriced, recently raised prices, best western in much more popular destination less than 100 miles away was significantly less in coast and newer in renovation. Drain did not work in shower. I charging options at the bedside, elsewhere ancient. No drinks available from vending machine, vending machine e only took cash. Room has not been updated in years yet prices were raised significantly.

No elevator! The check in staff didn’t inform us the elevator was out until AFTER we checked in and paid. Our room was on the 3rd floor! my wife and I are both in our 60’s with bad backs. We had to carry all our luggage up three flights of stairs. No accommodations were made. Not even a discount on our room!!

Negative: checked in late. Room AC not on & isnt going to cool enough for the size of the room before bedtime. Placed on the 3rd floor, elevator not working.
