A hotel that’s in the middle of the city, but with a relaxing atmosphere. The service in the hotel and in the restaurant was excellent and everyone worked hard to make it an enjoyable stay.

Sleep was comfortable and really good (except for the calling peacock at 3:00 ). Shower was perfect. Note the bathroom is open plan except for the toilet, which has a door. Free and safe parking as well as a little swimming pool. Staff are friendly and helpful.

We stopped for the night at this hotel, the online booking process was very easy. We arrived and went straight to the restaurant, that was open to 10pm. The menu had a good selection to choose from, which was taste and well presented. The ground floor room was air conditioned and pleasantly furnished, with a king sized bed that was very comfortable for the night.

Had a great stay. Staff were very friendly and made me feel right at home. From the reception staff, to the omelette lady Elizabeth, to the sweeper outside - everywone was friendly and chatty. Thank you for the hospitality. Will visit again!

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and well appointed. The location in Bloemfontein was close to amenities and in a lovely area. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and the ambience was great. Loved the peacocks in the courtyard outside.

Probably one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. Service was terrible. Staff were lazy and slow. Restaurant staff seemed completely disinterested and not willing to assist. Nothing worked. Noisy. Overall a very disappointing experience

Good quality business hotel. Very clean overall, attractive decor, good lighting. But no bar fridge in room, and small desk. There is a small boardroom on the first floor. Rooms small and rather a squash for two people. Bathroom part of the room itself with separate, private toilet. Breakfast above average. Service overall a bit slow. Location very good for CBD and SCA. Reasonably priced. R1800 per night per room, breakfast an extra R215 pp.

We stayed here one night during our drive from George to Johannesburg. The hotel is great with a lovely garden and pool area. The breakfast was great, the buffet dinner was fine). Parking is behind a secured gate with a guard at the entry/exit point as well. Quiet at night, no elevators.
