Chouette restaurant. La salle à manger offre une vue exceptionnelle sur l'estuaire. La carte est limitée mais sympa. Les tarifs sont raisonnables. Nous avons bien mangé. Côté vins, rien à dire. La carte est sympa et les tarifs progressifs.

Oh dear, this was once our favourite hotel which we have stayed in numerous times but we will not be returning. We were given a room with a broken toilet. Really? Then an inferior room with no shower gel and hospital standard scratchy towels. Food had little choice and not appealing. Breakfast very poor. Muesli is NOT a jar of oatflakes. The Chef seemed to spend all his time on his mobile. The Duty Manager was quite offhand and what's more, refused to honour our loyalty voucher. Why is it such a problem to upgrade motivation and facilities to echo the brilliant location (and let's face it, the high prices).

L'hôtel est très agréable, situé dans la citadelle de Blaye au bord de l'estuaire. Les chambres, le service et la restauration sont d'un très bon niveau.

Mais la table que nos avions réservée était occupée et on nous a dit que si nous n’étions pas contents, nous n’avions qu’à aller ailleurs. Hallucinant. Ces personnes étaient affreusement désagréables. Nous sommes allés ailleurs. Évidemment

Joli cadre mais restauration médiocre. Trop cher par rapport au contenu de l assiette , soit disant haut de gamme par la présentation mais les qualités et quantités gustatives ne le sont pas. Le personnel était cependant très sympathique.

C’était super, l’accueil les chambre le resto la piscine et la vue sur l’estuaire ! L’hôtel est très bien placé et très bien entretenu, c’est un plaisir d’y séjourner. On a passé un super week-end et on reviendra très certainement ! Merci à toutes les équipes.
