Retours dans les années 80 dans cet hôtel assez vieillot mais propre dans l’ensemble. Hôtel résidence de vacance avec Chambre standard pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant mais il n’y avait que 2 lits prévus, la Literie est très molle. Un peu bruyant car pas de moquette dans les couloirs et les portes claquent. Le rapport qualité prix n’y est pas même si le petit déjeuné était bon. Petit déjeuné non compris dans le prix. Check out a 9h30 maximum sinon supplément de 25€.

When we arrived at the hotel the receptionist did not greet us very kindly. We parked our car out front to temporarely unload the luggage. She asked us if that was our car. She told us to park in the designated parking area. The car was parked there about 5 minutes. Long enough for us to sign in. The hotel was a little old and needed some attention. Our room was very clean but the shower water smelled bad of suffer. ( We were told it was healthy for you). The price of the food was ridiculous. Would we stay there again? NO!!!

Ça fais 3 ans de suite que je vais dans cette hotel pour passée quelques jours pour changer d'air rien a redire buffet du petit déjeuner et souper juste magnifique et de qualité énormément de choix j'aime beaucoup le côté ambiance calme et apaisant serein de cette hotel le personelle est tres sympathique . prix vraiment raisonnable. tres satisfaite de cette hotel ou d'ailleurs j'y retourne dans quelques jours passée un petit sejour dépaysement

From the start we knew something is not right when we booked the second day 95% of the value was taken from account and when questioned they advised they did only 50% which was extremely odd, managed to call bank to cancel the transaction and then a second payment was taken immediately after for 50% of value. Got a call on the way in as we were driving from Uk saying i need to hurry up and pay a collateral fee of 250 Euros ,although it’s not mentioned anywhere specific in booking because reception closes soon as the night manager is not in on the day. I had to sign a contract in a different language as they didn’t had any left in English and couldn’t be bothered to print any on the day and although it says money will return in bank within 24hours of the departure day once property inspection carried out i have waited 2 weeks with various messages just to be told it’s probably my bank’s policy. Very different then in photos. Very Outdated. We came with 5 kids and rented one of the big villas and was expecting to have heating on as it was around 4 degrees in the night and wet during the day and also house to be clean however slept in first night with coats on that’s how cold it was and found toilets blocked with crap in them. Morning breakfast very expensive also for what it has to offer. The overall stay was the worse we have had and we travel to Belgium 3-4 times year as we have family in Zeebrugge. Will definitely not recommend or return to this place

Je suis venu 4 jours en stage de Néerlandais Depauw. Le prix était très élevé (500€). L'hôtel est vétuste, les murs sont fins comme du papier, le mobilier cassé, pas de draps, du sable au sol, moquette sale, porte avec trou d'aération par lequel le bruit et la lumière passe (inutile!), salle de bain sale avec cheveux dans la douche. Jambon pourri dans le frigo, urine sur le matelas. Personnel froid, pas accueillant. Un cuisinier m'a bousculé et menacé alors que je faisais une remarque sur la nourriture. Le buffet est horrible, TOUT est surgelé, les même repas sont servis chaque jour. Nous avons tous eu des problèmes intestinaux, ne mangez surtout pas les œufs du déjeuner. Un animateur est rentré dans notre chambre sans même frapper à la porte à 00h30. Celui-ci à allumé la lumière et à crié dans le couloir. A fuir absolument, l'hôtel ment sur les photos de son site.

Met een bang hart vertrokken we vorige vrijdag naar Corsendonk. We hadden immers al heel wat negatieve commentaren gelezen...maar we hebben geen enkel negatief puntje te melden. Kamer was net, alsook de badkamer en ook de publieke ruimtes, allemaal netjes. Vlot onthaal, vriendelijk personeel in de bar en ook het ontbijt vonden wij heerlijk. Het is een vakantiecentrum, die krijgen geen sterren, maar van ons krijgen ze er 3 en een dikke puim bovenop. Wij komen zeker nog terug!
