Sat Nav and 2 mob phones did not work anywhere near the area. Was tricky to find. This must be commonplace, so why not send a street map? Room was on the smaller side, but just about enough room. Have to move furniture and crawl on your hands and knees to close the open window. Crap velox window as it only had a sun screen, no blind to stop light waking you up at 5 in the mornings. Another establishment that can't be bothered to provide a full cooked breakfast, instead opting for a poor "packed lunch" alternative. This should be made clear at booking that the breakfast might not be what's rightfully expected. They cooked the bacon and sausage, then why not COOK the rest???? It can all be served "in a box" if not on a plate. Just excuses in my book. There are lots like it out there. Summary, free parking once you find the place, substandard breakfast, window you cannot close, no blind on rooflight. No I won't stay here again. One night was more than enough! So glad it was only for one night.

We found it very easy to find and had lots of communications via email prior to the visit. Clear instructions on check-in procedure and good parking. Rooms were clean and comfortable with all you need in the room, lots of tea and coffee with extras easily available. The kitchen room is small but well stocked. So handy! My daughter broke a glass and they were so understanding. We didn’t have breakfast but we had a look and it seemed very nice. We bumped into the owner, Gareth, on leaving and he was very friendly and chatty. We will stay again! Good location!

Lovely stay with wonderful hosts. Great communication and service from them both. The room was lovely, and the breakfast was great. It could be a bit noisy at times, being an old building that creaks and isn't sound proofed, but this didn't bother us. A great place to use a base for exploring North Wales; not anything to do in the local area but very quick to drive to various towns, beauty spots and other tourist attractions - will definitely return if going to the area again.
