Staff are very polite and helpful but a female member called Jordan was very helpful. Heating system could do with upgrade hot air blowing just above warm. Disability shower was great and room was big plus view of north pier great. Food was not great breakfast was Luke warm to cold but produce was good quality 👌. Parking in multi storey was cheap and car was safe.

Bar closes at 10 sharp. Great location for North Pier and Winter Gardens. Other attractions all nearby. No onsite parking but do have discount at nearby carpark 5-7 mins away. Restaurant large with lots of seating and as always great breakfast with kids eating free.

The usual service you expect to receive from Premier Inns is offered at this hotel. This hotel is in a good location for promenade, public transport, shops etc: the new tram service stops right opposite tghe hotel. Have stayed here several times and will return

Bedroom (515) had amazing views and was a large room. Food (breakfast and evening meal) in the hotel was amazing!! Cleanliness of the room, especially in the bathroom could have been better. However, didn't spoil our stay. Shower was super powerful! Which was great. Can hear nearby nightclub music into early hours on a morning (Friday and Saturday til 4am) would suggest taking earplugs or get really drunk. (sound didn't bother the children though and they slept through) Would recommend and will definitely come back again.

We ended up booking Premier Inn very late on a Friday night following walking out of a filthy hotel in Blackpool. We were very happy being checked in to a familiar, clean Premier inn… lesson learnt! We were asked if we wanted breakfast the next morning, due to a late arrival we asked if we could decide in the morning to be told of course, not a problem, tell the desk and pay here if you decide you want it. We had booked for 2 nights. The room was ideal for a family of 3 and more importantly, clean! The first morning we decided to have breakfast in the hotel at the attached restaurant… 2 adults, just short of £22, and our daughter was free.. great! lovely food and plenty of choice. We paid for breakfast at the check in desk. 2nd day… same routine went to tell check in we have decided to have breakfast there again to be told at the same check in desk that we have to pay at the bar as they cannot book it there?! Eh?! But we had booked it there yesterday, on explaining this, we were told that isn’t right and argued with. No worries, we will pay in the bar… no one at the bar! We found a member of staff (looked like the restaurant manager, Scottish man), we explained we had been told to pay for breakfast at the bar. He said he would need to check if had space and seemed huffy (very dramatic) we explained to him of our experience of the previous day to be snapped back at that the reception staff cannot book us in as they cannot see how busy he is… again we told him about the previous day and how we are feeling confused for him to continue arguing that we should have pre booked! I left my husband to pay whilst my daughter and I went to get a drink, when I got to the table the ‘manager’ walked past me huffing and shaking his head. At the table, my husband said that all the way to the table and after seating him, that this member of staff had continued the rant and when my husband tried to explain how we were confused he said you should have pre booked, end of! We should have been told correctly… end of!!! There was no apology or I will ensure this mis communication is sorted. Just rude, arrogance from someone who should not be in the manager position when he isn’t able to provide the basic of customer service! The lady on the next table heard what had happened and told us she was treat like an inconvenience when her and her daughter walked in the restaurant for breakfast by the same Scottish manager. They were staying at another hotel that did not provide breakfast and came to the restaurant. Like us was huffed at! The hotel itself was a breath of fresh air following the dive we originally checked in to before the premier inn. Yes, there is noise from nightclubs but not enough to keep you awake, the hotel have done their best to keep the noise out.

Put me and 10 year old daughter in room opposite night club. Asked for room change, told no as at capacity, fair enough. Asked for room clean told yes but did not happen. I emailed feedback during night about the noise levels and room not being cleaned and the next morning mentioned it at check out. The manager appeared from a side room and told me I hadn’t asked for a room change, I hadn’t requested a room clean and if I want a good nights sleep in future not to book a hotel in centre of Blackpool. He was argumentative and lacked any form of empathy for the fact myself and 10 year old child had been kept away due to the noise from the nightclub outside our window. Luckily the staff member who checked me in was there so I was able to remind him of the conversation asking for a room clean and room change. Manager needs some serious customer service training and if you are staying with children (or like sleep) ask to stay on the side opposite the church not the nightclub

Friendly welcome and efficient service. Perfect location for a first time visit to the resort. 10 minute walk from Blackpool North Train Station. Close to tram stop, North Pier and other attractions. We paid extra for a room with a view which we felt was worth it.
