Andalucia Beach Hotel & Residence

I do not recommend this hotel at all, very disappointed, I who had a lot of expectations because I was able to go to the swimming pool before and I had very good memories. When I wanted to stay there with my husband and my baby, we were given a room that is on the top floor without an elevator (with a 1 year old baby and a stroller it is complicated ...) When we speak about it at the reception he tells us that there are no other rooms available, and that two days go by quickly ... in short, no consideration When we enter the room, it is the bad surprise, we discover an unsanitary accommodation, without security (broken and accessible electrical outlet), there are brown stains on the wall of the room, broken furniture, a damaged balcony, a leaking faucet, humidity IN SHORT a lot of problems and a big disappointment of this hotel which is supposedly a 4 star. After a complaint, he offers us another room "more spacious and better" according to him, but room with smell of humidity. We had to leave. How can a 4 star hotel offer accommodation like that, without any consideration for their customers. We are not in a small local hotel with 1 star but still one of the most important in Bizerte, you should review your rooms and renovate them a minimum. Respect your customers. Hotel to avoid!!

Great apartment hotel, Very clean The staff is very pleasant and kind. The little coique in the evening at the restaurant we ask for spaghetti for the children without harissa, he does not listen to our comments and we bring back with harissa. The apartments are very clean and functional.

Très beau cadre qui laisse présager le pire !! Nous nous sommes installer au départ sur les transats où tout allait bien jusque ce que nous décidions de manger … 7 serveurs… une dizaine de personnes à consommer ce qui est loin d’être beaucoup et pourtant on tarde à s’occuper de notre table. Une fois les commandes faites très longue attente (dépassement des 1h pour des pizzas, des frites et une coupe de fruits). Quant aux bouteilles d’eau apportée à la fin du repas, il n’y a plus d’intérêt. Pourtant c’est pas faute d’avoir demander plusieurs fois !! De plus certains serveurs étaient méprisant et rigolaient quand on leur demandait ce que nous avions commandé. La table de derrière furieuse également. Nous avions dû nous énervé et malgré cela il manquait encore des choses. Au final nous n’avons pas finis nos plats qui étaient infects ! Même les fruits n’étaient pas bons ! Et ne parlons pas de l’état des toilettes où il y en a de partout.

Hôtel au top,personnel très agréable , propreté des chambres 👌 Très bonne communication en cas de soucis. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et reviendrai avec grand plaisir. Un grand merci aux agents de sécurité et aux serveurs. Piscine propre et transat disponible et bonne animation.

C’est la plus pire expérience de ma vie j’ai payer pour une suite pour passer une belle soirée avec ma conjointe, vraiment cest d’égueulase Je penser que j’ai cherché le plus cher à Bizerte pour le meilleur hôtel mais le contraire qui c’est passer
