Boven verwachting, fijn park en super leuke omgeving voor onze pubers. Karten lasergame, springpark, insta 3 d foto's maken, etc. En voor ons de eindeloze bossen en prachtige heide. Lekker met de bij cp gehuurde electrische mountainbikes door heen gefietst.

Wir waren das dritte Mal dort. Uns hat der Aufenthalt wieder gut gefallen. Es ist alles schön verwachsen. Der Park hat 2025 30sig Jähriges Unser Haus mit Sauna und Wirpool war sehr sauber. Wirpool war defekt, konnte jedoch nicht repariert werden. Wurde von der Repzeption unkompliziert mit Aktivität Gutscheinen kompensiert. Wir waren 3x in der Pizzaria, das Essen war sehr gut und auch das Preis- Leisungsverhältniss fanden wir gut. Das AquaMundo war prima, Wellenbad, Wildwasserbahn, Reifenrutsche. Was wir vermisst haben waren Liegestühle. Weniger gut fanden wir, das der Brötchenservice am Morgen im Premium Haus nicht mehr inclusive war, dies haben wir bei der Buchnung nicht bemerkt. Die Preise für Brötchen, Brezen usw. im Market DOM fanden wir etwas teuer. Wir sind jedoch öfters nach Bispingen ca. 10 Minuten, wo es EDEKA (mit Bäcker), Lidl unsw. gibt., hier waren die Preise normal.

Really nice cabin we rented for 3 nights.. Cabin ✅Clean ✅Fully equipped kitchen to use with utensils & kitchen appliances ✅Really cozy interior ✅Helpful staff ❌Little tricky with the heater not heating enough Aqua Dome ✅Very nice ✅Lockers provided Park decor/ exterior ✅For nature lovers, the cabins are located among trees ✅Many other recreation/sports and children’s playground in the vicinity

Ziemlich herunter gekommen. Hier hätte vor einigen Jahren schon dringend renoviert werden müssen. Das betrifft sowohl das Haus 322 in dem ich mit Familie im Sep. 2020 eine Woche gewohnt habe wie auch den Marketdome und dem Aqua Mundo. Der technische Zustand der Bowling Bahn war zum Beispiel eine Zumutung. Aber nicht nur die Bahn war runter gekommen. In den zugehörigen Toilettenbereich fallen die Fliesen von der Wand und die Waschbecken sind abgegriffen und vermitteln dadurch einen unsauberen Zustand. Die Sportsbar hat auch ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich. Einladend sieht anders aus. Zu dem wird in der Park-App mit einer Happy Hour in der Sportsbar geworben, die es aber gar nicht mehr gibt. Es passt alles zusammen. Nichts ist so richtig perfekt und schon gar nicht wie es in den tollen Prospekten dargestellt ist aber die Preise sind durchgängig sehr selbstbewusst. Das VIP Haus 322 ist recht dunkel durch die vielen Bäume und hat keine Sicht zum See. Die Küchenausstattung ist gut. Man findet Alles was im Allgemeinen benötigt. Die Sauberkeit war grenzwertig. Es ist Alles etwas sticky. Der Brötchenservice klappt gut. Bis 8:30 waren die Brötchen immer da. Dieses VIP-Haus ist in einem etwas runter gekommenen Zustand im Sep. 2020 und passt damit zum Gesamteindruck des Parks. Einfach in die Jahre gekommen und sollte für den Preis den man hier bezahlt dringend renoviert werden. Ein paar Beispiele. In einem der Schlafzimmer fehlt der Rauchmelder, dafür hat uns der Rauchmelder des zweiten Schlafzimmer mitten in der Nacht ohne Grund geweckt, der Kühlschrank schließt nicht richtig so das die obere Etage nicht kühlt, die Silikonfugen in der Dusche sind schimmelig. VIP hatte ich mir anders vorgestellt. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis passt im Moment nicht. Dies war meine erstes CenterParcs Erfahrung Die Woche in der Bispinger Heide ist leider keine Motivation für ein weiteres Mal.

We were very apprehensive about travelling to Germany due to Covid. We had tried to email Center Parcs in Germany before our visit but it took them 2 months to reply to our email. There is no way of contacting them via the telephone. We were at center Parc in Bispingen for 10 nights and were only able to use the swimming pool twice, which we had to book in advance. I understand the difficulty with Covid but we weren’t offered any compensation of vouchers to use on other activities which were very expensive. When we booked center Parcs in Bispingen we expected to be able to use the pool (included in the price) everyday to keep the children entertained. Instead we had to pay out for them to do other activities. They did not cater for English people as all of the entertainment was either in German or Dutch. The accommodation was awful. I had to sleep in the lounge every night as the mould on the bedroom walls affected my asthma. The lodges are extremely damp and we travelled in August with really hot weather. The shuttle which takes you around the park and into town also wasn’t working. I would not return.

We had a great stay and all the family enjoyed ourselves. The park is great with lots of activities to keep with children entertained. We didn’t find the food on site great so either ate in local restaurants (which were good) or cooked ourselves. A few things could have been improved. Laundry - there was one washing machine and one dryer for the entire Parc, THIS IS CRAZY! Visitors have children and need to do washing, you the park can charge for washing and it looks like is space to add more in the washing building. There is also no redundancy if one of the machines breaks. This lack of provision is really irritating, people want to spend their time relaxing on holiday not waiting for a washing machine… There were also no irons available anywhere on site. I had to do a work Zoom call while away so it was frustrating not be be able to iron a shirt at all. The shower was blocked up with hair and gunk and so was flooding the bathroom. It would be great if the maintenance was improved and things like this was checked. Annoyingly some of the rooms didn’t have blackout blinds or shutters and so it was light every early in the morning which meant the children woke up early. This was disappointing and could easily be cheaply addressed to provide a better stay. The non stick pans in the kitchen were old and scratched and needed replacing, especially as this is a health risk. Lastly it was a bit frustrating being in the glorious countryside though being not too far from the A7 motorway there was background noise from the vehicles which was a pity. I hope the small issues that can be fixed will be improved as it would make it a better stay. Overall we enjoyed our time a lot and would return.
