Basic motel. Location was ok. The front desk staff was friendly and informative. The room was basic but clean enough. Definitely Italy could use some upgrades. The breakfast was nothing to write home about, but the front deskman warned us of that as we were checking in so at least there were no surprises.

Hotel was slightly dirty. Smelled dirty. Public hair on the bathroom vanity lights. Loud people above and next to us all night. People loitering in the halls, pounding on doors, taking and yelling in the halls, etc.

Couldn’t connect to internet! Smelled like pot out in hallway! Shower wouldn’t drain all the way! Otherwise it was ok

One of the reasons we booked this hotel was the advertised hot breakfast. The day shift staff was pleasant, almost shocked by us asking the questions about the breakfast. Morning comes, different person working the desk. Waited an hour for hot breakfast or even coffee, staff member gave zero attention to our requests. Reached out twice by email to the manager and got zero replies. Obviously not a care in the world about customer satisfaction.

Filthy. We checked into room 124 and ten minutes later checked out. Dirty sheets. Overall smelly and disgusting. In need of repairs and updates. Putting it mildly— We were not the only ones leaving for the same reason. Disgusting. Bismarck had very few rooms available and we decided to take a chance. Bad move. I’d rather sleep in my car.

This was the filthiest motel I have ever stayed at in my life. The carpets in the hallways and in our room were dirty. There was mud and garbage bags everywhere in the hallways. The motel also had a dirty smell. There was no ice in the ice machine in the evening or the morning. There was no coffee in the lobby after 9:00 when the breakfast room closed. It also sounded like there were also brawls going on all hours of the night below our window. A soft and comfortable bed was the only good thing. I will never stay at another Super 8 ever.

My stay was extremely pleasant. Bed was very comfortable and I slept well. Room was very quiet and extremely clean. I highly recommend this location for anyone traveling. I will definitely stay here when I travel to Bismarck
