"We were given a suite ( room 502) which was enormous and in fact was 2 double rooms with a total of 4 beds. Although the bathroom was quite new it flooded after a shower as the shower plate was completely flat so all water gushed out. The hotel is in need of renovation as everything is rather tired looking.. We had a good evening meal which was reasonably priced but breakfast was poor."

"A very nice residence located in the center of Batna, slightly set back, so very quiet day and night. The staff are courteous and welcoming, and the breakfast is simple but good. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are quite basic, but they have the essentials. However, I did notice a few imperfections: a broken toilet flush, a leaking shower head, and some peeling paint in a few places. Otherwise, I had a good stay."
