On arrival the receptionist was very welcoming and informative. When we got to our room there was some biscuits for us and the kids which was a nice welcome! Rooms were clean and very big! Unfortunately we had to leave a few hours after check in due to our little ones not settling.

Very comfortable room - great bed Friendly reception staff. Good breakfast - cooked to order and recommend poached eggs - cooked to perfection - which some places have difficulty with! Overall a great experience would happily stay again👍

A big shout out to Liam, Wayne and the lovely ladies in the Brewers Fayre on site. The food is excellent and they are so willing to help out when needed. David on Reception is also a lovely fella. He is chatty, polite and willing to listen and offer help. Catherine who does a wonderful job sorting out your room also needs to be recognised. A lovely hotel that is ideally placed and you have lots of places near by if you fancy some retail therapy as well. Overall an excellent trip to see family and spend time sharing an enjoyable trip.

I’ve been staying at this hotel since November 2024 and found my experience to be exceptional. Melodie always has a smiley face and is very helpful and I’ve seen her got out of her way to help other guests, not just myself. I’m glad I picked this hotel to stay at

Hotel clean & spotless everything with the Hotel just what you expect from Premier inn. Staff friendly & mostly helpful in what they could do. Now for the bad bits, four disabled bays in the car park outside the main doorway on the hotel side & seven on the pub/ restaurant next door. Yet it seems nobody can do anything to stop none disabled parking there. When we arrived, there were three taxis parked in the disabled bays & most of the other bays, only three had a disabled badge in the window. Premier Inn has signs up for not accepting any damages to your vehicle while parked there, but nothing is saying car parking for blue badge holders only. One of the taxis was parked in the bay for over six hours. Come on, Premier Inn, help your less able body to enjoy their stay. Have included two photos of the taxis parked right outside the main doorway for over six hours.
