Hotel was clean, service was great. It was good that there was a 24hr cafe, unfortunately the pilaf that we had ordered wasnt cooked well, the rice was not well cooked.

Warm, friendly staff who helped get me taxi transfers to the train station and post office. Breakfast is extensive offering pizza, sushi and traditional breakfast options. The hotel is located across the street from an ATM and grocery store.

The Garden hotel is a clean and comfortable refuge close to restaurants and reasonable close to the core of the city. The breakfast offered is excellent. The rooms are spotless and the staff are kind and helpful. A very nice place to stay in Bishkek

Stayed for 2 nights as part of at 31 person tour. Our room overlooked the front of the hotel and was very comfortable and well equipped. Good range of toiletries/robes/brew kit(no milk). Breakfast was a very elaborate spread, everything from fresh omelette to sushi. Wi-fi good. Defiantly recommend.

We with friends stayed for 4 nights in this hotel . Check in was smooth but the room is very small , ac was not at all good , breakfast had nothing Indian food although most of the guests were Indians. Worst part was that they cheated every group by saying that u applied oil on bedsheet so pay for it, which was totally wrong. They charged 3 rooms of our group 100 dollars each but could not show us the bed sheet. Same thing was done with other group also. Even after charging no bill was given . We checked out on 28th morning at 5 am . Better not to stay in this cheater hotel 😡😡

A very worthy four. Small, cozy hotel. Excellent two-room suite, all with floor carpets. Comfortable bed. Stable and powerful wi-fi. The breakfasts amazed us with their variety; such an abundance of food would be difficult to find in hotels of a higher category. Very friendly and truly kind and cordial staff. The restaurant and hotel accept cards from the Mir payment system, which is extremely important for Russians at the moment. Opposite the hotel there is a small shopping center where you can buy both food and clothing. The disadvantages include the distance from the center, and the extractor hood in the bathroom was very noisy. Otherwise a quality hotel. I recommend.

When checking out, they demanded money for a mini-bar. Although no one touched the mini-bar and there was no list of goods that are in it. No one clearly answered our claims about the lack of a menu and evidence base that something was taken from the mini-bar. As a result, the administrator began to refer to a misunderstanding between the maids and they tried to return the money to us. But fundamentally no one took them. Rooms are cleaned early in the morning. At 4 am I woke up from the noise of a vacuum cleaner in the hallway. They constantly forgot to put towels in. The work of the staff is terrible. I will not advise anyone. The only plus is the breakfast. There is everything that is possible. But that didn't help the situation.

Hotel with wonderful staff, it is located 5 minutes from the center by taxi, the wifi works at 10. The room was very spacious, comfortable, everything worked perfectly. The breakfast was super complete, delicious in a very pleasant dining room. I recommend it 100%
