Service 4stars. Hotel close to anywhere., metro can go to botanical Garden.. only 49 minutes away

Reception were friendly the hotel was in a great location. The only downside was the carpet was heavily stained in the room

Near from metro station so easy to go canton fair also near from Arab supermarket and restaurant, cafes Just room service need improve like use hover , clean cups, change sheets , put black tea beside green tea Price reasonable Reception do their best to translate into English

Location is great. There was a construction going on the opposite of the hotel, they stop working after working hour. Room is spacious. Little choices for breakfast.

My extended stay at the hotel. Did not think of moving out of hotel for just one night because this was a great value for money hotel for me

I booked 2 rooms 4 nights for a family reunion. Very happy with their service. Clean towels everyday and easy checkout. I will book this hotel again next time.

Hotel is located just off the main road. It was a little hard to find at first, but very comfortable and quiet. Service was excellent.

Lavande was a pretty good hotel to stay at! Some minor complaints I have is that sometimes the towels had holes, and the carpet wasn't that clean.
