Love the hotel garden view. Opposite the hotel is a lovely garden and lake to stroll. It's great stay for concert as stadium is nearby! The reception staff Bing Xing (If I remember correctly) is very helpful. Enjoyed my stay here. Yummy breakfast too. Room is spacious and comfortable as well. Will return again!

The front desk as well as other service staff provided splendid service to make us feel at home right from the start to the very end of our stay! Would especially like to commend front desk staff Angela for her help making us feel right at home during our check in. Will also like to commend the uncle from the supplies dept for troubleshooting the HDMI connectivity from my laptop to the room TV. He left us a direct HDMI cable for direct connection to the TV when we found the wall HDMI socket to be not working. Will definitely come back to stay here again when there's another concert nearby!

The hotel is very close to the stadium with super nice surrounding. It is clean and well organized, with excellent service. Breakfast and coffee are both of high quality. I enjoyed my stay! The front desk lady, Ms Lucy is very nice and served my needs in proactive ways.

Nice experience. Hotel is very close to most main buildings of Dong'an Lake Park. Room has good view of landscape. All facilities work well. The breakfast is diverse and delicious, and quite suitable to people who love Chinese and Chuan-foods. I would like to thank to room-service Zhiming Zhang (张志明) especially. Thanks to his patience and kindly attitude.

Very nice stay at this hotel. Extremely friendly and professional staff during check-in procedures with Ms. Freya helping throughout the whole process. Room was amazing and the view from the balcony also great. Recommend the restaurant also, very good local food! Great stay in Chengdu.

This hotel is incredible. The service was excellent and everything was on point. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel is about 10-15 minutes walking distance from the Sports stadium if you’re there for an event. The food was also great with a variety to choose from. Shoutout to Nicole and everyone from front desk…you guys are awesome 😎

Nice hotel with good view of the lake. Room is large and comfortable. Ms Freya, the manager at the reception, is very kind and friendly with great service. The room service staff is very responsible and hardworking making sure the towels are changed and room is properly cleaned. Though the services and ambience of the hotel is great, the mattress of the bed can do better; I humbly suggest it is time to change new mattress. Overall, it has been a pleasant stay and look forward to stay in this hotel again.

I’m choosing this hotel because of XIN LIU /Liu Yu Xin XANADU concert Chengdu station. The service, cleanliness, amenities are great and awesome. The staffs are friendly and good. The cleaning service left a note to let us know addition top up of bottled water and towels by observing our usage. 👍🏻 Location wise is good if you are looking for nearby stadium. A bit far from city but you can take taxi to nearest mrt station. Food delivery may take 40min to 1hr. It is still manageable depends on what you are looking for.

It is still far away from attractions such as Kuanzhai Alley, Du Fu Thatched Cottage, Wuhou Temple, or relatively modern areas such as the Financial City. There is also a bar and an area similar to an infinity pool on the top floor of the hotel, overlooking Dong'an Lake Park. I didn't go up, so I'll post an official picture. The best choice for watching concerts. It takes only ten minutes to walk to the gymnasium and the stadium. You don't have to worry about traffic jams after the show.
