This was my second stay @ Karen's. It was PERFECT for me. I could live in a tiny home just like this! It's walking distance to downtown Birmingham...restaurants and shopping. Plenty of parking and sidewalks for long walks. The mini-split unit keeps the studio at the right temp and there's even a baseboard heater in the bathroom.I'll stay every year when I visit my son.

A very comfortable studio. I felt very at home, good space and room for clothes, and all my stuff inccluding a yoga mat.

Great location, even better hosts!
Karen and Wayne were great! The location was perfect for getting to know the area and Birmingham has a great downtown. The studio is as cute as advertised and perfect for one or two people looking for a safe area to stay. Would absolutely recommend or stay again!

Great spot close to town
Wonderful place above garage unit. Very clean and well appointed. Within a mile of downtown Birmingham. Would definitely stay again.

Karen was a great host and very responsive. The studio is cute, cozy and very clean. Loved the neighborhood in Birmingham.

Outstanding!
Absolutely wonderful. Karen and her husband, Wayne, are a lovely couple who really go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. Wayne even helped us unload all our luggage when we arrived!
Karen responds immediately to any request, question or clarification.
The apartment is spotless and has every facility one could ask for, and more! The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom perfect, and even the TV has free Netflix and Amazon Prime!
I challenge anyone to find a better place, in a better location, at a better price. We shall definitely be back!!
