Great location. Clean, comfortable, and friendly staff. Has everything you need. Near a gas station and near a Chick-fil-a.

Very nice staff! Well run hotel, very clean and quiet. Close to zoo and botanical gardens. Breakfast was simple and efficient.

The staff seemed to have a hard time working the front desk terminal for check in. They were nice though.
After getting into our room, our toilet would not flush. We asked the front desk to fix as we would be gone for 5 hours. When we returned, toilet was in same condition. Had to ask for Plunger, and plunge it myself. Building only had one plunger.
All the breakfast items had a weird taste to them, like maybe the dishes they were made in weren't clean. Eggs tasted like powdered salt. Waffle tasted like the cast iron it was made in.

This hotel was near everything. Different restaurants. Starbucks. Walmart. Publix. Wholes food. Movie theater. And about 20 minutes away from the cocola amphitheater. I love how convenient everything was. I will definitely book again.

Two night stay for baseball tournament.
Staff was nice and very helpful.
Rooms were not as nice as pictures on website. Very outdated and needs to be updated. Beds hard as a rock. Shower would not drain and made tub feel grimy. Pool was packed the whole time. Smelt like ALOT of chlorine.
Breakfast was not accessible due to so many people in a small area and not enough seating and ten people in line for one waffles maker.

Pictures are deceiving, Hotel is a pain to get in and out of. Did not feel comfortable staying there, cancelled after 3 mishaps while checking in.

The property was very clean and smelled Fresh throughout the building, also it's prime location made it easy for dining and shopping for whatever you were looking for, as well as easy acces for pickup from Lyft/Uber etc.
