Sheraton Birmingham Hotel

Antoinette J. Was amazing at the front desk. Kept her cool and was very accommodating while I waited. Had a pretty morning view of the sun rising on the 11th floor.

Mr.Antoinne is super nice. 5/5 customer service! He greeted us when we walked in and made sure we were settled in the minute we arrived!

There is not one redeeming quality about this hotel. The elevators don’t work, the walkover bridge is never open, the very basic breakfast was $60 for 3 people and came in a box. No utensils, or napkins. We ordered the breakfast at 8am and it didn’t arrive until after 9:30am. The air conditioning does not get very cool. They didn’t clean the room, or replace towels, after requesting it multiple times. Just do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

Yolanda was absolutely wonderful. Lovely way to start my vacation with a friendly smile and a laugh. She went above and beyond to help me and my boyfriend out when an emergency happened with him. The bartender July 28th night was also very friendly, unfortunately I do not remember his name but he was very informative as well. The 15th floor hallway is crazy hot, making the rooms hard to cool down. It didn't get below 69. At least the one elevator that works is the one where you can see outside, that is really cool and a unique feature from other hotels. I chose to stay here because of the price, but mostly because it seemed to be the only hotel around that wasn't crazy expensive that had dinner and a bar open later. I didn't expect to be greeted with such friendly faces. Overnight crew is a bit different... but the morning girls at the front desk are very friendly as well.

Antoinne helped me when I was getting ready to leave and treated me well. He gave me some great life advice and great customer service!!!!

For the price y’all charge ain’t no way these rooms should not have a microwave and water that’s not brown. Theses room should have went for $100 a night at least oooooo and let’s not mention the $30 a night parking it’s bad enough that we are being ripped off with the prices of the rooms but to pay to park and we are styling at the hotel is very diabolical.
