Underwhelming. Rooms clean but not particularly attractive. Breakfast fairly good, although why the plastic cutlery and plates?! On arrival we asked about the pool as this was advertised and one of the reasons we booked this place. We were told it wasn't available which was disappointing for our children. The hotel offered free cancellation instead but we'd been driving from Nashville and didn't want the hassle of finding somewhere else. Asked the reception for suggestions on things to do locally and got shrugged shoulders in response! Felt it was overpriced for what it was. Parking expensive ($20) too.

Loved the location it was perfect for our drive through the state. The staff was so hospitable. Placed near eateries after a long drive. Would recommend and stay again.

Look elsewhere
We were there for 1 night and it was not a pleasant one. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the bathroom fan didn't work. The hotel is very uncared for with ripped carpets and chipped/dirty paint. Clearly not a hotel that taken care of.

Poor cleaning
House keeper didn't check bedding. Bed had bad Oder and I had to lay in someone urine. We was move to another room that was also not clean. But better then other room.

Fantastic stay
Wonderful service! Very comfortable, lovely, and a great room. Loved the linens and shower. The pool and breakfast were both fantastic. Parking was next door and convenient.

Could have been better
The air did not work, told the front desk, issue not resolved. The room and bed had an odor. Elevator was shaky.

Check in was easy and the property was very nice. The rooms are very clean and spacious. I was traveling with my husband and son. We were meeting up with my other son, his wife, and their toddler. The front desk was accommodating to place us in rooms that are next door to each other. We were close to many places to eat and fun activities.
