I purposely choose this brand of hotel if there is one at my destination because I always have good experiences and find it to be a good value. This location was not what I expected. The room was suspiciously dirty. We booked a room for 4, and there were not enough linens in the room. I will not stay here again.

I was highly disappointed to say the least… I always stay at Fairfield but due to last minute travel they were booked and I thought I would give this hotel a chance. BIG MISTAKE! Rooms are atrocious! The staff ghetto and loud, worn out towels in the room, expired milk in the breakfast, I asked for a light bulb and was told we are out!! Our order was cut short due to expenses. I looked out my window and I see a group of employees smoking right outside the exit door while a mother and child were walking. My first thought was who is running this hotel because why is it such a horrible experience from top to bottom. I reported my concerns for the front desk and as I was walking away a manager from the back shouted delete the email! Is this what is happening? If I complain my email is being removed so that I can’t share my feedback? I was highly disappointed and will never return!

Staff was terrible. I was late because of travel and instead of cancelling for only that day, they cancelled the whole trip stay. Also staff was very unrespectful and behaving as if I am coming for a free stay. Didn't help a dime in making adjustments. Will not recommend to anyone

Almost didn’t stay here because of negative reviews about staff and cleanliness. It was perfectly fine. Hotel was clean and well kept. Staff was super nice. Lady at check in late on a Friday night could not have been nicer and more helpful! Wish I had gotten her name.

First and last stay at this hotel
No wash cloths available at 9:00 am only one (1) wash cloth in the room Front desk person stated we don’t have any, offered a hand towel for a shower 😒
Next, visible rust around tub and inside of toilet..ugh
Mold around sink stopper
Had to leave hotel and travel to a relative home to get a shower
This room was not cheap, very disappointed to spend almost $200

Terrible!!!! We arrived at 4:55 pm and our room was not ready. Check in time was at 3:00 pm.

Springhill Suites is a top property we like to stay at. Stayed here two weekends in Dec. Clean, quiet, nice breakfast. Would recommend.
