"I am staying here at room no. 310 since yesterday. The hotel is comfortably located , right on the Biratnagar -Jogbani road. It's nearer to the India border than any other known hotel in Biratnagar. The hotel is true to its name, looks big and has rooms spread over four floors besides a fifth one for the hall. The rooms are nice, clean and nicely arranged. The bathroom yesterday wasn't so clean but got cleaned today. AC is working and effective, Flat screen TV, phone and hot water kettle are available here. Safety lockers though aren't available. they provide bathroom slippers in the room, two pairs, which aren't available there in many other hotels in Nepal. Bathrooms are with basic amenities like soap, shampoo, shaving and dental kit/pouch. The breakfast had limited options to choose from and "needs to improve" kind of service. the in room dining though was an excellent experience. check in was smooth and fast. other services are satisfactory."
