We booked a room for three, but only one pair of slippers was provided. When we requested for two more, the supervisor gave the excuse that each room is only allowed one pair, which is completely unreasonable. To make matters worse, the floor was dirty.
We also planned to store some frozen food in the fridge, but despite switching it on, the fridge did not work — and it was dirty as well. Moreover , if you need a hairdryer you need to bring yourself as the hairdryer provided by them was spoiled.
Overall, the service and cleanliness were very disappointing. Definitely not up to standard.
