We had a great stay at Homm Laguna, experienced superb service from all staffs especially from Maruli, who kindly shared the available amenities and assisted with prompt arrangements for our transport.
Unfortunately , we did not get to experience the amenities and activities due to monsoon season and change in management.

This resort have a Magnificent view snd direct access to the beach. The service is very good and kind… especially Mr. Krisdianto. But we did have one problem with our stay, but still a very recommended resort.

Overall, our stay at Angsana was great. The hospitality of the hotel staff was warm and friendly, and the private beach was truly amazing!
One area for improvement would be the resort’s interior. The overall feel of the place is a little dated and worn out. For the price point, we expected it to looked more “refreshed “

Staff are smiley and will greet or smile. However should maybe brief staff so that they are well versed or knowledgeable to handle queries confidently.
Also to improve on the speed of requests via face to face ordering or watsapps.
Otherwise overall was satisfactory.

Service staff was friendly and smiley. They upgraded us to a suite which was very much appreciated. I have indicated that the stay was for my son's Birthday and was welcomed by the nice decoration and cake which my son enjoyed very much. The Kids Club is quite small. Varieties for breakfast can be improved and the restaurant felt uncomfortably warm with some flies flying around. The massage at the spa was good and we were served a nice pot of tea with yogurt and fruits after treatment.

Arrived late at the hotel and reception was so kind to ask us to sit and not stand, knowing how tired we were after a day's tour around before checking in to the hotel. They were responsive and the hotel was old, they made every attempt to accommodate to our request even specially installing a bidet for us. The view and the seafront was awesome. Breakfast was equally good.
Will definitely return for my next holiday in Bintan.
