We stayed at Hampton Inn and suites while I had knee surgery!!  I stayed with him on the first day then he stayed alone!  It turned out very good for all the family involved..  it’s nice and quiet !!

Love this hotel! Extremely clean modern and comfy. Bed was excellent. Shower was fantastic and the king suite was beautifully decorated and roomy. Every part of the hotel was super clean even the outside grounds. Lots of nice little touches that did not go unnoticed. The staff was super friendly and check in was a breeze. It’s close to the keg, Costco and Boston pizza all within walking distance. I would not hesitate to stay here over and over again. The pool looked super inviting especially for kids. We stay in lots of hotels and this one is 100% high top 5!

This was the best hotel stay we have had in quite some time. Customer service was excellent from start to finish, staff was friendly and polite. The hotel was very clean. The pool was well stocked with towels. Someone was monitoring and cleaning the breakfast area. I particularly liked that they served sliced fruit and coconut water, they were nice touches. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. 

Normally I give Hampton a 4 or 5 but in this case, for a relatively new facility, it gets a 3. It lacks attention to detail. The lights are energy saving but in different levels of warm and cool so it makes it hard on the eyes and not very well lit. There is an overall lack of cohesive design and the workmanship on the finishing is poorly executed. Case in point the bathroom silicone sealing. Add to that the long wait for hot water on the 6th floor only gets a 3. Yes it is clean and the staff is good and the breakfast area is typical Hampton. Just lacking the extra touch to make this get a better rating.
