My wife and I are 7 Star players with Caesar’s properties. This is by far, the worst it’s ever been and the worst of any Caesar property we’ve stayed in the last several years. Nothing is updated as we have extension cords running along the floor from the bathroom because no wall plugs in the bedroom work. This alone is a fire hazard but maintenance never came to “fix” anything. We will never stay here again. Hard Rock and Beau Rivage blow this place out of the water. If you gamble, this the WORST place to gamble. Be aware of the limited places to eat.

I was very disappointed with this hotel stay. Before arriving at this hotel, I searched my reservation email for a check-in time and none was mentioned. When I arrived at the hotel,at approximately 3:20 pm, I was advised that a $15 early check-in fee would be added if I wanted to check-in at that time. Later in the evening, I attempted to get ice from the ice machine on the floor I was staying on. The machine barely produced enough ice to cover the bottom of the ice bucket. And lastly, my niece with whom I was staying, woke me up to show me the stains on her pillowcase and a large dry-urine looking stain on her bed sheet. I took pictures and should have requested to see the manager the next morning; however, I was so upset that I didn't because I'll never stay here again.

This hotel is an older, tired property that is poorly maintained. The parking garage and its stairwells have a lot of trash in them. Poor housekeeping. Pool area also has trash lying about. This is a very dirty and unclean hotel. Cigarette butts and trash on the grounds is disgusting. We were very disappointed. Staff seem ambivalent.

The hotel is very shabby and dated not to mention overpriced. $419.00 before tax and resort fee. I thought I would be getting a very nice room for that price. The faux leather furniture was peeling, the light fixtures &door hinges were rusty. The blankets were worn and stiff as a board. The A/C vent thick with dust. Bathroom fixtures dirty.

Harrah's offers superior accommodations at very reasonable rates. We enjoyed the location on the beach and a very nice landside room. Free parking was a plus. Enjoyed sunset at the casual bar on the beach, and breakfast at the lobby restaurant. Only downside was the house wine at the pool bar, none of the four of us thought that it was drinkable.

We stayed here for two nights. The property advertised daily housekeeping as an amenity. We returned to our room around 9pm to find it not serviced. Upon calling housekeeping the front desk answered saying they don’t have daily service “in this building.” There is only one building that we found. We told them we’d at least need towels and we were stepping out for about an hour. We returned to find a few sets of towels thrown (literally) on the bed, all scattered about. It was as if they threw them in from the door. There are better options when staying in Biloxi. Avoid this property at all costs. For nearly $300/night you’d think they could make a bed and leave fresh towels without a phone call.

Dingy hallway carpet. Old room furnishings. House cleaning not a standard service. (Went to front desk at 1PM and asked how to get clean towels….front desk clear…..no one waiting to check in….told towels would be right up; they never came). Front desk not helpful Poor dining choices. Dark and dreary, not worth price! Would not stay again.

Doesn’t provide any maid service. And only provide two towels and two washcloths . Have to request new ones each day you’re there. Room appeared. clean but vents were filthy . Faucet in tub continually dripped. Lobby and common areas were extremely cold. Rooms do not include microwaves. I’ve stayed at other Harrahs that do. The Starbucks only has plain bagels. Most Starbucks have at least two to choose from. Bell service was quick and friendly and check in was easy.
