旅店位於花園城購物中心對面的一幢高樓的14層，路上指示牌很少，不容易找到。前台就在過道的一個角落裡，十分簡陋。房間總體還算乾淨，設施齊全，視野不錯，可以看到樓下最繁華的街道。但最大的缺陷是房門隔音效果非常差，並且距離前台衹有三四米。白天還好，到了晚上，前台和走廊的人講的話，每一個字都聽得清清楚楚。剛好我住的那晚，半夜有兩批人辦理入住，並且似乎辦理過程並不順利，在那裡討論了很久，嚴重影響了個人休息。如果睡眠質量不好的人，建議謹慎選擇。

14樓好像是有一間精品大床房，價格是真的貴，但是那個地下喲！感覺好爛好臟，根本和其它房間就不是一個等級的，建議那些老設施多裝修一下。還有，現在前台的大叔脾氣挺大，本來去住大床房，選房間的時候把文件包放在床上壓卷了點被子都要被他罵，罵罵咧咧嘞説把被子弄捲了醜的很，我就搞不懂了，那個衹需要隨手一拉就直了，很難嗎？對顧客態度強硬差到不行，前台”就是脾氣太大，不知道他好好説話會怎麼樣？好好解釋會怎麼樣？搞得我像欠他幾百萬似的，這麼説也算老顧客了！有時候來早了都還在房間裏面睡覺，難找到人。

酒店不好找，昨天下雪拖着行李箱找了1個小時，根本不在百度定位的地址，在一個居民樓裏面，通體外面找不到一個牌子，還要打電話問才找得到。是小區房改造的，進電梯還需要在門口登記，小區樓下沒有酒店的停車位，連自己給錢也不讓停。價格比正規的酒店也不少。寫的是億豪酒店，其實進來了床上用品標的是公寓。房間和房間門挨着，隔音也不好
