優點：房間寬敞，窗台可以坐人，浴室乾濕分離，有地方放衣服。
缺點：停車場是小區的地下停車場，需要問前台才知道怎樣開進去。取車的時候，電梯的地下層【按鍵】衹有-1和-3層可選（不存在-2按鍵），但是電梯【屏幕】衹顯示-2層而跳過-1層（不顯示-1層），出電梯也看不出來究竟在幾層。前台也搞不清停車場到底是-1還是-2層。
