The outside environment is good, you can go for a walk in the morning, but you must have a car. If you don't have a car, the traffic is really inconvenient, and you have to walk a long way to buy things. The room is clean as shown in the picture, and there are small cockroaches. Noisy from the constant traffic on marine parade. Staff were nice, but the weekly serviced consisted of a change of sheets and bathroom cleaned, which was immaculate. However, windows were filthy, still finger prints on from a small child, nothing got vacuumed, mopped, kitchen didn’t get cleaned, the unit was so dusty. I was there when the service took place so could see what was being cleaned.

Our apartment was well loved. It was clean and tidy. Comfortable bed, great shower with everything we needed for our stay. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Awesome pool. Awesome veiws. Great value for money. We would stay again.

Had holiday for 7 nights to Gold Coast and booked this place did see the reviews but thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt which I regretted Hallways stunk of **** the entire time and was incredibly stuffy Room looked clean apon first look but didn’t take long to find out it wasn’t, insides of cupboards are all filthy. Walls all have marks on them, blinds and all broken and don’t close properly, oven fan sounds like a tractor and doesn’t work properly There was rubbish and filth under the couch and bed hasn’t been cleaned in months bathroom had mould from moisture that hasn’t been cleaned Sheets also had sand in them which we had To clean out ourselves quilt cover was also stained and looked terrible also was only given half a roll of toilet paper for 7 nights Both me and my partner have red rashes that have mysteriously popped up since staying here as well

Clean and tidy apartment. Has underground carpark, pool and bbq area. We had a after hours check-in and staff were very helpful on providing assistance on how to collect keys. Would happily stay there again.
