Originally gave a 4 star because pool was green and not useable but desk clerk said it was due to rain so changing review. Lots of usb ports in room to charge electronics.Would stay again. Employees super friendly, room clean. Nice breakfast

Room was clean but didn’t get our room cleaned the next day and a 12oz bottle of water cost me 3.25 a piece was not happy about that already paying fir the room should at least get a complementary bottle of water at least

The room was dirty and had hair all over the bathroom. Noise from the ac unit all night was crazy. I would not recommend this place

Room was ok, bedding was kind of scratchy. Bathroom looked clean but in the shower when I pulled back the shower curtain it was filthy dirty!

Very long check-in process. Cannot charge anything to the room without it being “another long process” by their own admission. There was barely any toilet paper in the bathroom and the phone in the room did not work, which forced a trip to the lobby. When there, I reported that the deadbolt in the door did not work and they explained why, which means they knew and still assigned the room (this is a safety concern). The hotel in general is very dirty (floors by the lobby, carpet in the room, curtains in the room, etc).

The staff texted me early the day of our visit to advise me of the broken elevator and then made sure we were placed on first floor. I am pretty sure he did that bc he knew we were seniors. I really appreciated that jester.

Elevator not working and no urgency to get it fixed. Towel rod missing in bathroom and wall light out. Can’t turn off hall light without losing power to bedside stand outlets.
