Stayed in Unit C. Location was quiet and convenient to snorkeling in the middle keys. However, the bed was the worst I have ever slept in and the pillows were so thick they hurt your neck. Management was friendly, but 5 nights of little sleep will keep me from staying there again.

Old Wooden Bridge was one of the coolest and most relaxing spots my family and I have ever stayed at! House Boat was clean and wonderful view of the beautiful waters in Big Pine Key! Also we were greeted by Key Deer every night which was an Amazing experience!

This was our 6th year visiting as a family & by far the most disappointing. The business is apparently under new management which was not impressive at all. For 4 days we did not have paper towels because the “order did not come in.” The pool turned green on the 3rd day & was unusable the rest of the week. There was no shade over the fish cleaning table until the last day. The office staff often interacted as if they wanted to be anywhere but there.

Great quiet, clean place. Stayed in cottage #8. Very helpful, friendly staff! Lots of little friendly key deer and just down the road from Winn Dixie. Great place for walking, riding bikes, kayaks for rent and the bridge to fish from. Enjoying it nightly.

The place was clean, really comfortable, had a lot of space, was charming. Nothing to complain about it. We had an issue and the office resolved right away. Loved this place and would recommend for sure!

At low tide there was a smell but that is not the properties fault. They were very friendly, able to park our boat at the house boat.

This place will disappoint, so many nicer places to stay in The Keys, these aqualodges have zero charm and are all stacked up next to each other. We arrived to rent a boat and the new resort manager said she has only been there a week, and it showed, she first told us all the small boats are rented and didn't know much about the place, we couldn't see the boats because they're kept in a canal nearby. So we selected one from the website, we had no paperwork started yet and I changed my mind for a smaller boat when she realized they had one available. She got upset with me, says, 'now you gotta wait for Jimmy, I can't get him on the phone again.' Just then someone came into the office complaining their boat was overheating. My son and I were waiting outside and this 'manager' comes out to tell me, 'I'll give you some numbers of places in Marathon' - (35+ miles away). I said, 'is sending us to another business the best solution here?' She replied, 'I just don't have time for you today' It was absolutely bizarre, we weren't rude, she just got so stressed and wanted us gone.

Very peaceful and relaxed vibes. Clean and very equipped. Key deer everywhere and we felt like we were at home, right on the water. Love this place!
