"Great food and very nice room , clean"

"The service attitude is extremely poor! The first day arrived, it was already very late, and we had to wait for more than three hours to check in! Then there are all kinds of troubles in the hotel! It’s not a particularly good experience, and some charges are arbitrary!"

"Checked into the Travelodge with my friends as we don’t live close so spent the night in the Travelodge altogether first night went amazing we had a four month old baby a two-year-old and there was three adults. The next day I went to pick up. My son and then returned back to the Travelodge we had late checkout so didn’t need to check out until 2 pm. The fire alarm went off at about 1215. We all evacuated the building but my son has a severe Millie so I couldn’t even go back in and get his milk luckily some waited outside for about 10 minutes then went back up to small rooms chilled for about five minutes and actually go off again my friend has a heart condition and we were on sorted so it was a lot of work. I had to go down the stairs. She’s also pregnant with twins and is very high risk at the moment we had a four month old a two-year-old and a nine month old between us all my friend couldn’t carry any of them because she has POTS so we’re struggling, no help was offered going down the stairs apart from grant and Toni who offered help Tony was absolutely amazing considering it was her first day she offered to take one of the children and help take them outside. Absolutely amazing staff member Grant also helped us when we went back up the stairs. My friend nearly passed out going up she fell while holding her two-year-old son so I went up to reception and said we needed help. Grant and Tony were both there and came rushing for help. We were allowed back in our room at this point but the alarm was still going off, they were waiting for somebody to come out to sort it. We sat in the toilet where there wasn’t a lot of noise so we were out of the cold and the kids could have some food, not the most hygienic but we needed to sit down so my friend could rest it then got really hot in there so we sat in reception. Tony and Grant were amazing apologising for everything offering us things and helping out as much as they could couldn’t thank them enough. We then got rushed out of our room with all of our stuff not able to pack it all up because they needed it back fast we sat in reception for about an hour before deciding to leave because it wasn’t getting anywhere. We then came back asking for a refund because it was ridiculous. The guy at reception was called Jeffrey. He was so rude and arrogant. We had to go up the flight upstairs with the children and leave the push chairs downstairs as the lifts still weren’t working. He said that he’s only a receptionist so I asked for a manager and he said there is no manager which is a complete lie. What building has just staff members and no manager there should at least be a supervisor then there was an old man downstairs so I went back upstairs and said that he needed help and he yet again replied with I’m just a receptionist my mouth dropped. The rudeness coming from this man is utterly disgusting. This poor gentleman was elderly was deaf and had a heart condition so physically couldn’t go up the stairs. He th"

"Clean needs an update boss very welcoming"

"It was an average stay and did the job. Bed was comfy and room was quite nice. No hot water which was annoying. No bulbs in the lamps which was pathetic. Receptionist was slightly unhelpful when trying to solve an issue with room keys."

"A small village near Bicester, with typical British country style. It is a circle of houses built next to a pub and used as a hotel. It is a good experience."

"Parking was free, managed by the hotel when we booked in. The room was larger than normal and we enjoyed the space. The bed was very comfortable, the best it could be."
