Tru by Hilton Macon North

The place is really good. Right next to I75, Publix right across the road. The workers and lobby was great. The only problem was that they didnt had laundary room.

We recently stayed at the Tru by Hilton in Macon North, GA and had a mixed experience. Upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk. We, along with another guest, waited for about five minutes before someone arrived to check us in. As a Hilton Honors member, I was disappointed that I wasn’t offered the complimentary bottled water until I asked for it. We stayed in a quiet and restful room on the top floor—something I appreciated. The bathroom amenities like the body wash and shampoo had a nice, fresh fragrance. However, the bathroom sink was unfortunately stopped up, which was inconvenient. The complimentary breakfast was just okay—standard fare with nothing particularly memorable. Also worth noting: the ice machine is only available on the first floor. The biggest concern came at checkout when we noticed several vehicles in the parking lot had been broken into. Police were already on the scene. Thankfully, our vehicle was not one of them, but I strongly advise future guests to be cautious about leaving valuables in their cars. While there were a few positives during our stay, the overall experience and safety concerns would make me think twice about staying here again.

Great Hotel! This is an excellent hotel. The staff is super friendly and the rooms are immaculate. They have lots of amenities and a great free breakfast. We stay there every time we go to Macon to visit family. It’s also convenient to a lot of retail and great restaurants. I consider it the best place to stay in Macon.

Stopped over for a night on our way back home from Florida; located in a newer area ; clean , nice staff , comfortable bed ; felt safe & lots of good restaurants near by ; breakfast was nice too ! Only downside was no “in room coffee “ , but there’s plenty of coffee in the lobby & it was good!

Expensive for the quality Arrived around 11:30pm - long line to check in only one worker. Directions to the curtains (affixed to the wall) were wrong so we looked for “a switch by the desk” for 10 minutes. Then my son went to the desk to ask them to help and they were like @that sign is wrong.” Very helpful
