Cet hôtel a été entièrement rénové. La décoration est de très bon goût, contemporaine avec un joli mélange de couleurs et de matériaux. L'équipe est très accueillante et professionnelle. L'emplacement au cœur de la ville est idéal pour profiter de Biarritz. Un parking payant est situé juste à côté de l'hôtel. Nous recommandons chaudement ce Mercure .

Lovely friendly service. Superb location for everything in Biarritz. Few mins to the sandy beach. In the centre of everything for bars and restaurants too. Hotel nice and clean with modern facilities. Lovely welcoming people working here too. Very help and friendly. Well done to all.

Hôtel idéalement situé en plein cœur de Biarritz, parfait pour profiter de la ville à pied. La chambre était propre, bien agencée, avec une literie de qualité offrant un bon confort pour la nuit. Petit bémol : le stationnement à proximité peut vite revenir cher (compter 25€ au-delà de 12h dans les parkings publics). Un partenariat entre l’hôtel et l’un des parkings alentours, comme cela se fait dans certaines villes, serait un vrai plus.

Excellente localisation, à quelques pas de la plage, très animée avec cette belle météo. La rénovation des chambres est une belle réussite. Personnel souriant et prévenant. Bravo et merci pour ce séjour. A refaire en prenant le temps de découvrir cette belle ville de Biarritz
