Efter incheckningstiden, i väntan på rummet gavs mängder av osanna besked: Klart om 5 minuter! Klart om 4 minuter! Och så vidare. Rummet tillgängligt ca 80 min efter incheckningstid. Ovärdigt ett fyrstjärnigt hotell!

Degraded hotel, incompetent air vents in the room. Cockroaches in the room. Impossible to adjust the air conditioning, atrocious heat, forced to sleep with the window open which overlooked a parking lot and my neck (a courtyard), noise in the evening and morning

Perfect location
This hotel had a perfect location with everything Biarritz has to offer within walking distance. The staff was also friendly giving us suggestions on where to eat. However we found the bed a bit small (queen size).
