先是看到網上的評價普遍的不太好，我是先看房再下單的，入住的感覺和網上的評價大相徑庭，我感覺非常滿意，房間大，熱水大，燈光好，服務態度也非常好，我不明白為什麼很多人給她們家不好的評價，我認為是一家值得推薦的賓館。

前台老闆人非常好，有求必應，必須點贊👍床鋪暖和乾淨，水温一直保持火熱，特別舒服。但酒店設施太陳舊了，上樓的樓梯很窄，踩上去就怕滾下去，通道也是臟兮兮的，每個房間的窗口都在通道上，走過去可以看到房間裏的人躺在床上，特別尷尬。房間空氣無法對流，晚上睡着比較悶氣。

服務態度極差，半小時內不讓退款，我們在山上下不了不讓退款，很晚才到酒店，這次出行住過的酒店裡最不滿意的就是這家，理由是#衞生床單和枕套都很臟，枕套是黃黑的！#服務巨差

邊壩的這個菲凡賓館不錯的。邊壩是個不大的縣城，不能用大城市的標準來要求。房間寬敞乾淨，設施齊全，既有地熱，又有電熱毯，晚上睡得很暖和的。熱水特別好。老闆娘熱情周到，幫我們拿行李，開電熱毯，開電視。賓館門口有停車位的，方便自駕的朋友們。總之就是很滿意。
