Great hotel building with good rooms. It's slightly less spacious, though. Custom service was average as i requested a shower get which never arrived. The food was very good.

The most pathetic experience for premium hotel . No shampoo jet and toiletries. Hotel staff talking very rude .giving us rules and regulations and hotel terms and conditions to run away from their responsibility. ruining our vacation . Good stay but needs improvement
Overall good stay, but surprise to see no mineral water bottles in room. Not sure if RO water was provided since plastic water bottle.
Breakfast was average. There was no toaster, jam during the breakfast.
Hotel ambience was excellent but facilities needs improvement.

My stay at Regenta was beyond pathetic. The AC's in most of the rooms are out of order, the room was stinking, service was very sub standard and the staff in the restaurant were not at all trained. In all a 0 rating for the property is apt. The GM is not open to feedback.

The hotel is amazing, ambiance Is wow..their service is so good, specially mr.Raihan service made us happy, he is very friendly...this is the best hotel for visitors, everyone please visit this hotel.we enjoy a lot with their service...most recommend hotel

Very pleased with the room cleaning service provided by Sonia an Raj Kumar, the floor supervisor Mr Rahul Mishra was very accommodating. My garden view room was very nice and clean with a nice garden view. Breakfast was good with an option for omelette to your choice and plenty other options were also available.

The best decorated rooms I have ever been in. Overall very good vibes. Totally recommend it. Worth every penny. Food was amazing. Staff was very polite and friendly. Overall I would give it a 5 out of 5 stars. Best hotep for especially for couples.
