Excellent service I have ever got. Room service was beautiful. The people who were appointed for room service were very friendly, sweet behaved and helpful. In the information desk, all the boys and girls were so nice and so cooperative. Anything we needed they provided quickly. They seem well trained for managing the requirements useful. Regarding food, again I have to say excellent. So tasty and fresh food, we enjoyed! Even if we need to modify one time what is not in the menu, they would do it. Their patience and service what we found, very helpful. They behaved like family people. This is our first time in CMT.

CMT was best hotel at Bharatpur all staff was so polite and friendly especially miss Anjali . Breakfast was so delicious and food was so tasty. WiFi was okey. Room are so clean and comfortable..all over was excellent thank you CMt for good service to us again we visite.

Lovely, friendly and helpful staff, they went above and beyond to ensure excellent service and that I felt welcome. As a solo female traveler from the UK, I felt comfortable and safe here. Room was nice, spacious and clean and good AC. The food here is amazing! Lots of choices at the breakfast buffet and evening menu. All the food I tried was great. I would definitely stay here again!
