"Wonderful hotel! Clean, quiet and a very helpful staff. We enjoyed takeout dinner from the Bistro…we ate in our room due to a long day of travel. The hotel had lots of kids because of a baseball tournament being held in Bettendorf, but the staff handled everything with ease and there were no inconveniences for us older types.we got a great night sleep!"

"This place is an absolute dump. Hot tub doesn't work (and it's clear it hasn't been working for months and months), cigarettes in the entry way that have been there for weeks. Not 1 ice machine works. Breakfast is not available and they say that the "ovens went down just yesterday"; Yea right. Gross, dirty bathrooms. We arrived in the evening and the light for the hotel sign was off so we though the hotel was out of business. The parking lot and drive up were not plowed. When I asked the front desk person (who's car was parked right in front of the entry way) if it had just snowed she said no, it snowed the week before. The sidewalks were not shoveled and if someone fell could be an easy lawsuit. Door #3 was not locked at all. I even went out to my car at 2am and just walked in and out of the door. 0 security. The bathroom was gross. Reminded me of my old frat house. Hair everywhere. Gross ***** from the guest before in the bathtub. In all reality, the Health Inspector should come to this facility and do something. Absolutely no pride in ownership. My guess is it's going out of business and the owner just doesn't give a sh*t an longer."

"This is a beautiful hotel. The lobby and patio are huge with lots of seating for group gathering. They also have a bistro with food that looked amazing. We were here for a volleyball tournament at the sports complex, so it was perfect for our family to hang out. The rooms are big and feel luxury. And the bathrooms are huge with a nice big walk in shower. The pool is tiny. The work out room is amazing and big. There were many young baseball teams staying here too. The kids were running around in the lobby and up and down the halls. Which you could hear from our room if they were on our floor or above us. And due to the tiny pool we couldn’t use it because they took over. That was our only real complaint. Overall our stay was great and loved it."
