Although location is very good, if we talk of prices then its not so worth...Food Quality and number of Varities are very less...Spa is under process...Cycling was also under process...so acitivity parts was also not much to spend whole day in resort...in terms of services...it was good and yes at the time of check out you will get many calls for asking....WHEN R U CHECKING OUT...continously in every 5 mins...i too got 3 calls in every 5 mins time frame for asking of check out...

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this resort! The panoramic views from our room were breathtaking and truly made our visit special. What impressed us most was how family-friendly this place is. Traveling with our energetic 2-year-old can be challenging, but the staff went above and beyond to make our experience seamless. The restaurant is thoughtfully designed with a safe, spacious play area where children can enjoy themselves while parents dine in peace. The staff was incredibly attentive to our little one, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy our meals. The food deserves special recognition - absolutely outstanding! Both the South Indian and North Indian dishes were perfectly prepared and delicious. I want to give special thanks to Pratap, whose extensive knowledge during the plantation tour was fascinating and enriching. Also, huge appreciation to Iba for being exceptionally friendly and showing amazing skills with children. This resort truly understands family hospitality. We’ll definitely be returning!

If u pay high u can get comfortable stay ,ambiance everywhere but one thing is precious u can't get that much easily by paying money.Yes it's Hospitality,their hospitality is unbelievable how the ppl are like this nu.we went with group of 27 friends we asked many supports they never say no they supported all immediately also the ppl are much kind in coorg cliffs resort.Value for money I won't say because this kind of gesture u can't bus with money I like to thanks two ppl one is Mr.Subramani sir the *** with kind & smiling face .we called at night 12.30 for one requirement he picked call and helped us.The wasy he handled us and the food plan are much good.Food taste are delicious.Next i like to thank Iva (Food & Beverages Manager) Second kind person I ment in that resort. Food,stay, hospitality,ambiance , safety all are marvelous.Past 10yrs I went many resort among that Cliffs resort is my all time favorite. One sec thanks to Mr.Subramani sir.

We stayed here for the holiday weekend in August. This is a huge property with lots of rooms in different categories. We stayed in a deluxe family room which came with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and was very convenient for a family of four. The resort exceeded our expectations in most of the aspects.. The food was quite good on all the three days of our stay. A la carte prices for lunch were reasonable too. Complimentary snacks, plenty of water bottles, never had to ask them anything. Staff at reception, restaurant and housekeeping all were commendable. Few minor glitches like non working hair dryer in room, expired tata sky packs and placement of synthetic lawn mat infront of rooms which looks totally absurd for a place like this.. Still, we liked the place very much and would love to revisit!!
