Although location is very good, if we talk of prices then its not so worth...Food Quality and number of Varities are very less...Spa is under process...Cycling was also under process...so acitivity parts was also not much to spend whole day in resort...in terms of services...it was good and yes at the time of check out you will get many calls for asking....WHEN R U CHECKING OUT...continously in every 5 mins...i too got 3 calls in every 5 mins time frame for asking of check out...

I visited Coorg Cliffs resort recently with friends. It is a nice property with good surrounding coffee plantation views and amenities. Our stay at property was pleasant. Services provided by the resort are good. The infinity pool is awesome with the surrounding view. Unfortunately spa was closed when we visited. Food at the resort are warm and good. Overall this property is a real value for the money spent. Thank you for taking care of us.

We stayed here for the holiday weekend in August. This is a huge property with lots of rooms in different categories. We stayed in a deluxe family room which came with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and was very convenient for a family of four. The resort exceeded our expectations in most of the aspects.. The food was quite good on all the three days of our stay. A la carte prices for lunch were reasonable too. Complimentary snacks, plenty of water bottles, never had to ask them anything. Staff at reception, restaurant and housekeeping all were commendable. Few minor glitches like non working hair dryer in room, expired tata sky packs and placement of synthetic lawn mat infront of rooms which looks totally absurd for a place like this.. Still, we liked the place very much and would love to revisit!!

I visited Coorg in the last week of July 25 with my daughter and stayed in this beautiful resort. It was raining most of the time and as advised by the staff, we carried our umbrellas. Rainy season is the best season to visit Coorg. The misty weather and the cool climate added to the charm. The resort staff made our visit memorable. Atul Joshi, Ravi, Shiny all were always present to help and guide us. Valley view rooms are recommended and the views from the room balcony were fabulous. The food spread was good. The resort also has indoor games section. It has two swimming pools and the bigger pool is out of this world. Outside the dining area there is place for Bonfire which unfortunately we couldn't enjoy because of rains. The resort is in a secluded area and on a hill, which adds to the mystique of the area. We enjoyed our Coorg visit thoroughly and would highly recommend this resort.

We had an amazing experience throughout the stay. Big property with lots to do, amenities like swimming pool, outdoor games, indoor games, childrens rides, platation walk and a bonfire with games. We enjoyed all of them. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and views were stunning. The food was superb both in terms of quality and variety. Most of all we enjoyed the hospitality of the hotel and kitchen staff, special mention to Ravi Rai who was extremely helpful.

I appreciate the hospitality of the staff and the way they treat their guests. Restaurant food is awesome and each staff member is great and humble. We friends enjoyed the beautiful ambience and swimming pool. Great place for vacations
