OMG! This is the worst hotel experience ever. We arrived to find we had been given a smoking room without our prior approval. We requested to be moved to a non smoking room but there were non available. We requested a refund but were told we couldn’t have one. We looked for another hotel close by but couldn’t find a vacancy. So we stayed. So here we sit in our hotel room with the outside door open, a fan blowing air out the door, spraying hand sanitizer occasionally. It’s all we had. The hole in the closet door, the missing drawer in the dresser, the broken refrigerator, and the missing front of the bathroom vanity hardly even bother us. We can’t report on the cleanliness of the bedding because we don’t have the nerve to pull back the covers. We’ll be attempting to sleep on top of the bedspread. Crap! We just noticed the fleas.

The stay wasn’t as it was pictured, the pull out bed was flat and ready to go through the frame. There wasn’t enough towel for the family in the room nor sheets for the pull out bed. When we got there there was trash in the room. Seems as someone had lunch and when we came back after settling it was removed. This was just a quick stay on our way to Maine. We won’t stay here again.

The hotel was clean. My room was quite large with nice amenities. The staff was good. They served a basic continental breakfast. Only negative was highway noise.

Nothing is unique.Thay are cheats.I booked a room and had car troubles and could not make it.I called and asked for refund they frustrated me and refused to give me back my money.

I have never had such a disrespectful front desk person or hotel, I traveled 6 hours via train with 3 kids. Arrived 2 hours early and was told to come back at 2 and was not allowed to wait inside or use the facilities. The looks of this place looks so run down I booked another hotel and took a loss for canceling my rooms.

Selected a non smoking room and it smelled like someone lighted up a joint in there.
The people in the room next to us were so loud, we could hear their TV playing the entire night and late into the morning.
Then we approached management they were horrible.
Ended up changing hotels.

Run from this place!
The entire room was dirty. My husband had to get bleach and clean the room, including headboard, TV, dresser, table, night stands, bathroom sink, bathtub, toilet, etc. The water is not clear. The water comes out grey in color.
