The location is great. Easy access to the beach, boardwalk and main *****. Will be staying there again!

Stayed for 1 night in an oceanfront room that was very clean bright and quaint. From garage attendant to all other employees we interacted with could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Beach access was super easy along with parking and confident location walking to dinner and shops. The new restaurant on site offered a nice option for a quick bite when we arrived where are requested 2 pm on line check in was honored as well. I’m Marriott platinum and really appreciated the room upgrade and late check out as well. Will stay again

My family had a great stay at the ocean suites. The hotel and rooms are amazing and right in the beach. We had a minor issue and Jennifer at the front desk did everything she could to make our stay great - awesome staff. The breakfast was great. Highly recommend this hotel!!!

Great location for this property but service was uneven although staff was friendly overall. Rooms are clean and include a kitchen area with refrigerator, dishes, and utensils. Complimentary breakfast is served daily. Overall property appears tired and in need of a refresh esp in outdoor areas, pool, and parking garage. Parking appears expensive in season but the cost of street parking is comparable in this beachside town where parking is scarce. The hotel layout is a little confusing and we ended up in a separate building across the street from the main building, lobby, pool, and breakfast areas. There was no restaurant on site but apparently one is coming for the summer season.

I am a Marriott Lifetime Gold member so have stayed at my share of Marriotts. We often stay at Residence Inn's because they are pet friendly. I've been looking at this hotel for several years and we finally got away for several days. My schedule and situation with an elderly mom where I have to arrange for care makes my reservations a bit tricky and I'm a light sleeper so actually spring for a separate room from my husband when we are on the road. Because of this I was in touch with the hotel quite a bit before my stay as well as after arrival. As I said to the GM Kevin, he and his staff, especially Director of Operations Jason, put the Gold into Gold membership. From emails, to speaking on the phone, and in person, they and their staff were spectacular. My husband said to me "this was the best vacation spot yet". The hotel is beautiful right on the ocean and this time of the year the beaches are pet friendly. The town is very residential with a small boardwalk and tons of little shops. The hotel is clean, the rooms are updated, and the location is right on the ocean. We ended up in 2 oceanfront rooms....and they allowed us to move to an adjoining room as soon as it opened on day 2....and the balcony and view of the ocean was amazing. The balconies are also enclosed so any wind is blocked yet the view is completely open. Every staff member from front desk, to the breakfast staff (and that great breakfast buffet) the cleaning and maintenance staff, and the great bell hop by the garage were always working and professional. Front desk staff...Nina who was SO helpful, Lori (the only one I didn't meet but helped out so much when I almost had to cancel), and Diane all took such great care of us. We will be coming back as soon as we can and look forward to the restaurant and bar reopening....we won't need to leave the hotel! Kevin and Jason...you are the real deal when it comes to Marriott customer service!!!

Perfect getaway in springtime! We chose the perfect time of year. I really want to return, however not comfortable with the crazy high price in summer. Too bad, would have been be a great place if more affordable in summer. Front desk person who greeted us on Friday evening for 8:30 check in was what a weary traveler needs~ shes a gem, protect her spot no matter what else you do!
