Well, not a C grade, terrible location of the rooms, nose to nose, like in a stone bag, they ran away after 2 days, having paid for 3. The rooms are like mousetraps

Visited in Apr 2024 Hold in esteem - staff behavior and prompt response, location and pool experience. Things could be good: dining hall was too noisy as we sat near bar counter & noise of ice cube (maybe they kept it from tray to other plate) was too much, then we decided to shift outside in the non ac zone, but another challenge of mosquito bite! Wi-fi was weak and tv speaker was not ok. We had to call the technician via reception. AC was not working, later again call the technician and he updated that gas was not there! Too much. Observed lots of crow came n took food items from breakfast plat. Well, need more supervisory attention.

We recently stayed at Nanu Beach Resort and had a wonderful experience. The hotel stay was comfortable and the staff was pleasant and friendly. House keeping by Acton, Sidu and Krishna was spot on. I do recommend for a pleasant and peaceful stay.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. The environment was peaceful, clean, and beautifully maintained.
What stood out the most was the personalized care and attention from the hosts, especially Aditya at the reception he helped us get the Villa and check in early, much appreciated. Alisha, too, was very welcoming, and their hospitality was very warm and ready to help. The breakfast buffet was lovely. enjoyed it. Most of the the staff is always welcoming
This is our 3rd stay, and I would love to come back again .
